Return Policy – Arte a Fio

At Arte a Fio, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our amigurumis. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the following conditions:

Return Period
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the amigurumi, in accordance with Portuguese legislation regarding online purchases.
Return Conditions
The amigurumi must be in perfect condition, show no signs of use, and be in its original packaging.
Custom-made amigurumis—such as specific characters or items created to customer specifications—cannot be returned, except in cases of defects or damage incurred during shipping.
In the event of a defect, please send photos of the product and the identified defect within the 14-day period.
Return Process
Send an email to contacto@arteafio.pt stating your order number, the reason for the return, and—if applicable—photos of the defect.
Wait for instructions, which will be sent within 3 business days.
Ship the amigurumi to the address provided by our team.
Return Costs
For returns due to a change of mind or exchanges where no defect exists, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
In the event of a defect or an error in production or shipping, Arte a Fio covers the costs of return shipping.
Refunds
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned amigurumi.
The refunded amount includes the product price and any shipping costs paid at the time of purchase, where applicable.
Exceptions
Custom-made or made-to-order amigurumis will only be refunded in cases of defects or production errors.
Sale items cannot be returned, except in the case of a defect. PDF crochet patterns are digital products and, as such, are non-returnable and non-refundable once downloaded, regardless of the reason. In the event of a technical issue with the file (e.g., a broken link or corrupted file), please contact us for a resolution.
