Shipping policy

Our products are handmade with dedication and care. Therefore, each order undergoes a production process before being shipped.

Production Time: All items are made to order. The production time is 5 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Times: Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

🇵🇹 Mainland Portugal: 1–3 business days
🇵🇹 Islands (Azores and Madeira): 3–7 business days
🇪🇺 Europe: 5–10 business days
🌍 International (USA and others): 7–15 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the destination.

Carrier: We ship exclusively via CTT to ensure the safety of your order.

Tracking: After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking code to monitor the delivery in real-time.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

Lost or Delayed Orders: If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contacto@arteafio.pt. We will do our best to resolve the situation quickly.

Digital Products (PDF Patterns): PDF patterns are delivered via email immediately after payment confirmation. There is no physical shipment involved.
